Cassandra Monique Batie known professionally as Andra Day is an American R&B and soul vocalist writer and actress. The accolades she has received include an Grammy Award as well as an Children's and Family Emmy Award and a Golden Globe Award. She is also nominated for the Academy Award. Andra is not just an old-fashioned R&B artist, her blues and gospel roots perform in a manner that's effortless and sophisticated. Kai Millard Morris caught her performance and donated her music to Stevie Wonder. Motown legendary Adrian Gurvitz was introduced to Day by the Motown legend. Day, allied in Gurvitz's Buskin label and Jeffrey Evans' Buskin record business, grew an online fan base. She eventually signed to Warner Bros. It was popular and was played in radio stations by a variety of DJs. After signing with Warner Bros. Records, she began working with producer Adrian Gurvitz for their debut record "Cheers to the Fall" (2015). The album included the single Rise Up, which was a popular anthem for social justice movements all over the world. Day received two Grammy nominations, one of which was for Best R&B Album. In 2019 she released her second studio album The United States vs. Billie Holiday a concept album featuring the life of a legendary jazz vocalist. In the same year, she appeared in a biopic of Holiday's story, The United States vs. Billie Holiday (2021). Andi Matichak is an American actor. She debuted in the film Halloween as Allyson After appearing on numerous television shows like Orange Is the New Black (Orange is the new black) Park Avenue (666 Park Avenue (666 Park Avenue), Blue Bloods as well as Orange is the new black. Andi Matichak, an American actress born on 03 May 1994 in Framingham Massachusetts in the United State of America.
